Hey pepes...My elbows get a bit sore after heavy-heavy bag sessions. I have always had a little tendonitis at times but is it possible to ease the pain afterward or is it a grin and bear it type thing.Sometimes I cant even move my arm without pain. Any thoughts?

not sure about pains in the elbows.. i sometimes get pains in my neck to the point i can't turn it sometimes (usually after sparring). I've also been known to get a bad right wrist. I used Deep Freeze or Deep Heat sprays and gels. I don't know if you have the same brand product in America - but it basically just either numbs or heats up affected area. It gets the blood flowing and relaxes the muscle down.
