I have almost everyone of his training manuals all very good stuff and he's a good guy aswell any questions you have about training or anything in his books you can just drop him an e-mail.He's very dedicated to what he does and will go out of his way to help you...I highly reccomend any of his training manuals and theres also tons of good advice on his website too...
