I dont see any pictures of the gym, but from the schedule it seems like it might be another one of these MMA inspired aerobic "boxing" gyms. They seem to me to be for regular people who watch the UFC and wanna go punch a heavybag and think nd tell people they train MMA. A real boxing gym is dirty and gritty, filled with real fighters, ex fighters and experienced trainers, and bloddy sparring, with the speed bag going and heavybag chains rattlin, and its boxing all day, not this from 5:30 to 7:00 bull ****. Also its probably be cheaper to go to a real boxing gym.

ultimately the decision to join the gym is gonna come down to you...so i think you should just call them up and ask questions there, or better yet, depending on how close you live to the gym..why dont you just go down there and check it out for yourself, talk to some of the trainers..thats a great way to get a good feel for a gym..good luck!!

Yeah, the best way to find out about a new club is to go and check it out for yourself. Talk to the trainers. Talk to the boxers. Is the athmosphere what you're looking for??

And you're not gonna learn how to box at a Bally's. A real club smells like the floor is soaked with sweat.

what should i look for in a gym? like see if the fighters there are good. see what kind of equipment they have. see what the trainer has accomplished. is there anything else?
