this sport is too seious and dangerous
for some lil fat kid to think he can be a boxer cuz he can punch fast

maybe your should try tough man
boxing is for men with dedication
your insulting real athletes and people who dedicate their lives to boxing or atleast show some sorta commitment

          cuz uve said it yourself
          i wanna be a boxer
          so i wanna lose weight
          why havent i lost weight
becuz i still eat whatever i want
          no dedication
its less then a phase for you
          and thats what bugs me

and whats gona be your rebudtle
          nah uhhhh

                Not me.

But what I'm trying to say is that you shouldn't post a video if you don't expect criticism, especially from a group of people in a TRAINING section. You think the real world would sugar coat **** for him? Look over his weight and focus on his handspeed?

Squabbs, I don't think that you have to get down all the way to 200. You can compete at superheavyweight. If you can make it to 200, then by all means do it. You do need to drop some weight though. I'm not going to rip into you like some of these other guys because you obviously know that you need to drop weight from your previous posts, and at the end of the day this is not bodybuilding, it's boxing. Get eating well, and get on doing regular roadwork along with your training. Do this consistently for about 6 months and just see what the weight comes out as being. I think you'll probably end up somewhere around 225, which is fine.

More importantly you need to find some sort of way to get a trainer. You can't get very far into an amateur career training yourself. If all of the trainers at your gym charge a lot, consider another gym. There are a lot of amateur trainers out there who are volunteers. Maybe not as many in Las Vegas. But anyways, you need to some how find a trainer if your planning on really getting serious about this.

Criticism is good but he didn't ask what you guys think about how he looks. I think he knows he's got to lose weight. Help him with his boxing and not his weight issues.

Me personally I didn't say a thing regarding his weight. Check my post up higher. I'm just sayin, it should be expected.
