  • I'm Seeing Results !!! thanks to everyone

    since ive been given all my training tips and advice. the last 2 weeks has been nuts, ive been trying many new training methods and running a lot. got my ab roller, new double ended bag, my heavybag takes beatings every second day.. and i jus feel like a champ. my conditioning is improving everyday, my defense is getting better, im remembering to keep my hands up, im learning to lean into and out of shots... putting all my weight into shots.. learning different head movements and tons of footwork.

    and the best news of all, is i successfully am having my first weight cut, cimply for practice to see how fast i can lose weight and get to my desired weight class. (154)

    one month ago i was 170,
    two weeks ago 167.

    TODAY WEIGHED IN THIS MORNING AFTER TRAINING AT 161 !!!!!!!

    my diet has worked wonders for me, and the everyday training makes cutting the weight EASY.

    im seeing results FAST. im ready to fight REAAAAAAL soon.

    cant wait.

    im gunna have every one of my amatuer fights on VIDEO. pictures and stuff too. i really enjoy the people on this site, their opinions and views, and i really dont got many people to talk boxign with right now, and not too many people who could care to watch me fight. so this site and all u guys mean a lot to me when u check my **** out.

    thats reallly good to hear man, keep up the good work. i bet you feel super motivated now which is great because a lot of people lose motivation fast. dont get worried if your weight loss slows down because of you gaining muscle. youll still be losing fat but muscle weights more remember that. update us, i like to hear that people like myself are reaching their goals.

          thanks guys.
          and hell yeah i feel really motivated. before i am a fighter to boxer, im just a huge fan, i love watching boxing and studying the game. so boxing never gets boring for me, training might sometimes. but jus watching some boxing gets me wanting to train again...

          im gunna be posting my b4 n after pics in the get in shape contest thread in about 4 more weeks. hopefully these pics show what i mean
