Aerobics causes muscle atrophy in the long run, where intense anaerobic and strength oriented training preserves (during diet), and builds (with enough food) muscle.

As for the handwrap thing... Sorry, but obviously you're NOT wrapping your hands properly. If you did, they wouldn't be bleeding afterwards, plain and simple. Get people at the gym to show you some different ways of doing it, and experiment until you find an approach that works for you.
The thing about your pinky could be because of the way you punch, how you land your shots. If they land cleanly, with the middle knuckles, then your pinky should be okay.
I wrap them differently now. I used to wrap them up, and wrap each finger individually, I haven't done that because that hurt my fingers, But I'll take your advice and talk to someone. My shots are landing clean, because my middle knuckle keeps breaking open and getting cut up, so obviously it's the middle which is hitting first.

All these posts about these tall fighters make me worry. I am about 5'7 with 62kg so in 64kg weight class (ligh welter) debut in less than two weeks. Is this quite short?

        Don't worry, that's not bad.

Well, if you walk around at 62, you should be able to fight at 60 no problem. My 57kg guys walk around at 62-64, when there's more than 2 weeks to a fight. But that takes a few years of conditioning to be able to do safely.

I'm sure you could probably fight at 64 this time (if it's already scheduled at 64?), and then go down to 60 for your next fights.

Sounds very strange. Obviously there's something wrong somewhere.
