      Kingdosia said that that the speed bag should be called a "control bag," and I agree with him. The speed bag teaches you consistency, coordination, and control. And it looks cool as **** when you learn to do it.

      Here are two opposing styles on the speed bag. One of them will guarantee that you get your ass kicked.

          Well I can do it better than the training sensation... thats for sure.

          Also if one more person uses Darude - Sandstorm on a training video i'm gonna assasinate them.

            Frankly it only takes about 10 minutes to learn to use speedbag, but it is only good for warming up muscles.

              Im real good with the speed bag....i get all fancy with it...but it feels like the biggest waste of time...and its extremely boring just standing there hittin' it...id rather be movin'around a little bit...

              can any one suggest a double end bag? what hold it down on the bottom,cuz i got cement floor?

                you can use the dumbbell(a big one) to hold it down. They did it numerous times at Gleasons.

                  alright, thats easy enough....

                  so i just gotta buy the bag then, and the bungy cords too i guess..unless the bag comes with them.

                    The bag should come with the cords, I suggest you buy it in different sizes and as you advance use smaller and heavier ones. The smallest ones hit back the quickest and when I used them, I was always sporting a swollen nose or a black eye, so be careful.
                    Edit: Instead of a dumbbell you can use a 45 pounds olympic disk for a long bar.
