    i need to get my "beach body" back, because im going to visit friends and family in FL on the 20th for 2 weeks. gotta make all my ex-girlfriends, and future-bitches want it even more.

      -20 minutes backward at level 5 resistance
      EXERCISES:
      -50 burpees
      -10 minutes of arm cycles

      -10 minutes of streching
      How do you find time for all of this... every day

        out of school and no job presently...also my gym is 100 yards from my house and its open 24 hours a day

          depending on the day of the week i usually spend anywhere from 4-6 hours a day working out, except sunday, i rest sundays.
