Calf Cramps

started training back again, went joggin the past 2 days, and today my left calf cramped up.. it feels like its gonna cramp again if i go running..
help .......

cramping happens when electrolytes are unbalanced.. drink gatorade before, during and after your runs. Stretching helps too. good luck!

Too sum it up, when you get cramps of any sort, you are just short of liquid in your body and yeah gatorade helps.

i remember i got my frist calf cramp in the middle of the night... it was the worst pain ever
i also remember my friend told me his first time was in the middle of the night too, and he was about to crawl to his parents room for help lol..
but yeah they suck

Drink more water, and stretch more. That should do the trick.

Indeed. Sodium is rarely the issue in north american diets. Potassium is most likely the culprit.
