That questions sounds a little funny, but the way i look at it, all these excersize's are cool and probably help but when it all comes down to it, it's all mentally you have to have balls and not scared to get hit in the face and if you do get hit try to shake it off and dont let it scare you away. Turn into an animal and get use to it.

"how do i strengthen my chin?"

You add defence to your boxing skills.

"get quicker bob and weave movement?"

You practice, practice and practice some more. First being in shape and doing the road work. You want o be quicker practice quicker.

Yea there's no way to stop that really...the headache your getting is because when your hit your head flies back and your brain hits the back of you skull, then when you stabilize your head your brain is still moving....Your brain goes back and forth hitting the front and back of your brain about twice (2x's front 2x's back) before stopping..So if you get hit alot that just means you brain is getting trauma....It swells from this trauma resulting in a headache....If your brain hits you head hard enough you black out, hence why people get KO'd...

So what you need is a strong defense, keep your chin down and your hands up...

To be at least somewhat helpful, I like what the other posters said.

Your chin will get better with time as your reaction time improves and your "boxing sight" increases. The better you can see and understand what's going on in there, not only the less you'll get hit but the better the chance you'll see a punch coming and it won't hurt you as badly.

Increase the strength of your neck and jaw muscles. But a lot of "chin strength" has to do with heart, e.g. mental rather than physical.....
