  • I have the sickest doms ever!

    At least I think so. Two days ago I did twenty sets of atg squats.

    How long will this take, when will I have recovered so far that there in no pain anymore?

      I know that was crazy. Descending sets all to failure. about 7 - 10 reps each.

            I get that kinda doms when i do lunges & atg squats with more than warm up weight. the squats do more damage to my knees though & not quite as much on the doms as the lunges.

            epsom salt baths kinda work, so do massages, eating and sleeping are a must. swimming & light cardio can help too, even if it's hard to move

              u should buy a different kind of (con)doms next time, it sounds like the ones u have are hurting u. too small?

                The quads are the largest muscles in the body. So they also hurt the most.....
