weight lifting and boxing

I don't want to become a stick though (i'm in the lightweight weight class), so what would you guys suggest I do? Maybe machines for reps of 15 or pull ups and push ups and body excercises?

      I do 2-3 full body Strength Workouts per week. It has helped me alot with boxing. These are some of the workouts I do.

      NUMBER ONE

      Pullups 5 sets
      Chinups 5 sets

      A1 Sandbag Clean and Press 4x Quality set
      A2 Sandbag Zercher Squats 4x Quality set

      B1 Sandbag Shouldering 4x Quality set
      B2 Sandbag Bulgarian Squats 4x Quality set

      C1 Dips 4x Quality set
      C2 Dumbell Swings 4x Quality set

      D. Calf Raises 3x Quality set

      NUMBER 2

      A1 Pullup Variation/Resistance band High Pulls 4x Quality set
      A2 Band Hamstring Curl 4x Quality set

      B1 One Arm pushup 4x Quality set
      B2 Pistols 4x Quality set

      C1 Pike press/resitance band overhead press 4x Quality set
      C2 Band Goodmornings 4x 15-30 reps

      D1 Band Tricep Extension 3x Quality set
      D2 Calf Raises 3x Quality set

        There is no downside to strength. But heavy lifting will shorten the muscles. So stretching is essential, as well as not replacing actual fighting with lifting.....
