Isn't that nuts? 20$ an hour for training? Either way im not training but i am doing push ups sit ups you know.. Haven't jump rope in awhile.. I need to start running again. Ever since i came from PR i haven't ran. I need to start again! When i was jump roping my calves felt mad good. Jump rope is a big plus. I don't have a backyard either so it's weird.. Jump roping in the front of my house.. Don't ya feel like that?

Not bad at all dude and remember - most all of us started out like you. No money or no motivation to go to a gym.
Anyway, remember to pull your right hand back as fast as you throw it because you seem to dip and leave your chin wide open whenever you throw it. Secondly, try and bend your knees more when throwing your uppercuts.. if you ever do to go a gym I will bet you 50 dollars the first time your trainer has you hit the uppercut bag he is going to tell you to use your legs more.I started boxing at 128 and now I am up to 140 so I know exactly how you feel about your shadowboxing. Good movement and nice crisp punches. Try to not get fancy with your left hand down dodging and slipping ****. Keep your hands up. Your trainer will make you keep your hands up until you have learned the basics and then you can get away with leaving your hands down and using the style excuse.
Overall, good vid.
BTW, you look like Trinidad.

You cant find a free gym? Especially in NY you should be able to find one. You seem to really wanna box. I box for free. Next time i head to New Yitty (prolly never) we can get up and spar. I'll teach you a thing or two.
You probably won end up fighting liek Trinidad lo sorry. I use to always try immitating Cotto but finally came to the conclusion that we have completely different styles.

Lol naw, it's cool. I live in an all mexican neighborhood so I seem to fit into mexican crowds pretty easily (I'm white). My best friend, who happens to be mexican, goes to the gym with me and the trainers know such little english that he has to translate for me.Good part is there very old school and it seems to me atleast that I can outbox (You know, the traditional hands held high and "mexican warrior" bull****) most 'new age' fighters. Bad part (Until you get used to it..) is you have to train to the same repetitive beat day after day.. actually most all mexican songs sound the same. Hahaha
