I was one of the few people on this board to say that Hughes would take this.

Was it an early stoppage, I was kinda drunk and it looked early to me... Need a sober persons perspective.

No it wasn't early. Big John actually gave Penn several chances to defend himself and even told him to defend himself a few times. There was not much Penn could do though so the fight was basically over.

Penn only lost because he got tired. If he got his back earlier instead of the final seconds of that round, he would have beat Hughes again. Penn was tired and that was to be expected seeing that hes been gone for awhile.

              The title should change.

              It's a huge spoiler.

I ordered it, and DVr it since I hate a date.

Wast looking forward to it, yet BPP makes a title that clearly says the winner.

              Good job.

I thought Hughes would get the decesion for sure...never thought it would be by KO.

That's Penn's fault. He should of done more conditioning drills. He even said himself that if it's not fun to him then he doesn't do it. Conditioning drills are not fun but it's a must. Hopefully Penn understands that now.
