Manny has paid his dues but it doesn't mean you have to pay top whack for him fighting a fighter two divisions down or a 0-1 guy. Manny should fight the top guys in his division if he does want to be taken seriously or go into the circus type circuit as Floyd has and just juice off his name.

The problem was him holding a belt hostage, otherwise Manny can fight whoever.
