Comments Thread For: Frampton: If Garcia Beats Pacquiao, He Becomes PPV Star Like Canelo

Former two division champion Carl Frampton is very surprised with Ryan Garcia's desire to step in the ring with Manny Pacquiao. Last month, the 22-year-old Garcia pulled off the biggest victory of his career when he knocked out 2012 Olympic gold medal winner Luke Campbell in seven rounds.

Ryan wins big as long as he doesn’t get put to sleep..

    His chin is strong..

If he makes it a war then it’s a huge leap for him

And when he gets KO’d l, hopefully no one will say he was too green.
That said, when will PAC fight a true WW. One that’s not coming off a loss or weakened by some catchweight deal or coming up in weight?

This is not possible, “PPV is dead.” DLH said so when he entered a contract with Dayzin. There is no ppv, dayzin killed or remember?

Thurman was a real WW, he wasn't coming off a loss and the fight wasn't at a catchweight. Happy?

I like Frampton's take on this, he is accurate. Personally, I very much doubt that fight ever happens though.

Got put on his asz by a light hitting second rate lightweight but he has a strong chin? Really?

Somewhere over 12 rounds Pac will land something Garcia can't take. Pac by KO.

Except Canelo wasted all the buzz he got from fighting Floyd. Just ask DAZN

2 yrs out , major surgery, nearly stopped against B grader in comeback and then Manny for a SD and then more surgery for injuries he received during the fight, Thurman is a broken down fighter.

You guys always leave out the fine print, a broken WW may as well be a JWW . Manny chose Thurman for the above reasons that was obvious.
