Any world class athlete should have a professional nutritionist period. Particularly boxers making weight. Particularly boxers who are already big for the division. It’s not just about cutting weight it’s about cutting weight and keeping energy and hydration up too. Not easy. Boxers aren’t where they are because they’re smart or because they have the first idea about nutrition.
