Comments Thread For: Munguia Pushing For Golovkin, But Won't Wait Forever For an Answer

Former WBO junior middleweight champion Jaime Munguia and his representatives will push hard to make a fight with Gennady Golovkin, the IBF's middleweight champion, for Cinco De Mayo weekend. As BoxingScene.com previously reported, Munguia has a backup plan - should the Golovkin talks fall out - by taking a fight in the month of April.

Its funny but seems true that till this stage of ggg career, he is very hesitant to fight other champs. He is up to money fight only with Canelo thats it...

GGG can’t win either way with the haters/GBP gay boys it seems. He doesn’t take the fight and he’s “looking for an easy touch”, he takes the fights and destroys the MexiCAN (which he will do) and he choose a “soft touch”.

              Golovkin should still be undefeated.

You'd think GGG would jump at the chance

Golovkin has been always ducking everyone except canelo. Altough he has great power, never move up the weight or fight with elite champs at 160 like charlo or andrade. Greatest coward of all times
