The day of this weigh-in went much smoother for Caleb Truax than the last time he was supposed to step on a California State Athletic Commission scale. Truax met his contractual obligation without incident Friday for his 168-pound title fight Saturday night against IBF champ Caleb Plant. Truax officially weighed 167.8 pounds for their 12-round bout, slightly more than Plant, who came in at 167.6.
