Comments Thread For: Ryan Garcia Teases Potential Pacquiao Showdown As Talks Continue

It has been a hell of a start to the new year for Ryan Garcia-and that's without securing his dream fight. At least, not yet. The unbeaten lightweight contender finds new ways to dominate the headlines, on a daily basis at this point. The latest news cycle has Garcia progressing towards what many would consider a fantasy fight, but would be a dream come true for the 22-year old from Victorville, California who remains in talks for an exhibition showdown with eight-division champ Manny Pacquiao.

That picture with Ryan and PAC is what I see in the mirror every night when I brush my 5 year old's teeth - One person with perfect, soft, young baby skin, and me with that slightly weathered look like Pac - not old, but definitely not young. If this comes off, this is truly man vs boy.

Lol this doesn't even seem real...

Ryan Garcia literally could be Pacquiao's son lol. He really may have marketed himself to a huge money fight lmao this is insane. Pacquiao is going to kill this kid. Imagine what Tank, Haney, Errol Spence and Crawford are thinking if this gets signed? lmfao Win or lose, Ryan comes out paid af.

Considering the hype on social media and all the froid crybaby's on here it'll get done. Its getting hyped up already.

Lol @ davis not wanting the fight no more. Guess he can rematch gamboa now that his legs are better to redeem that pathetic performance since he's not even gonna fight lopez or haney.

lol. At first I don't really like this fight because it's a total mismatch from 140 and above but i see pac haters crying about this fight and now i started to like this fight to happen to make those haters cry even more.

haha they're crybabies. They dont like it because they know ryan can be a top fighter in the future and a win over him elevates Pacquiaos legacy. They dont want that haha

                    Hahahahaha I like this fight.

Either the old man keeps the kid in check or it will be a passing of the torch.

Ryan wins he’s blowing up quicker than he already is.
