Miguel Berchelt expects a highly motivated Oscar Valdez to enter the ring February 20. Berchelt believes Valdez has been bothered by those that insist the smaller, defensively deficient fighter has little chance to beat Berchelt in their 12-round fight for Berchelt's WBC super featherweight title. Handicappers have installed Berchelt as an approximate 3-1 favorite over Valdez, but Berchelt is convinced he is in for a very difficult fight next month.

Valdez has the athletic advantage over Berchelt, I do not see this being easy for Berchelt. If Valdez stays disciplined and doesn't get into an un necessary war, he will win, he will get knocked down most likely but he can win.

Valdez doesn't have a chance in my opinion. Idk if it was the fight against scott quig or the trainer switch but hes looked bad since that fight. He got a gift tko against his fight with lopez in which he was losing. Berchalt got this in the bag.

This fight isnt going the distance 8 rds max, but it’s going to be a memorable war. There will probably be multiple knockdowns for both guys and sht gonna be cracken.

I think it will be an exciting fight. I'm hoping Valdez gets the W but feel like it will Berchelt with his hand raised at the end of this one.
