Loma's team must have insisted on rematch clause. Hearn wouldn’t have let such fight happen without a rematch clause.

Lol first it was his shoulder, then it was the judges being bribed and now it's compubox doesn't make sense you blew it dude you had the skills to win but you froze when it mattered most. He should just move on if he would've won no chance there would've been a rematch with Teofimo even if it played out just as it did being close. I'd like to see a rematch myself but Loma is a diva and I'd be ok with him having to work his way back up especially since he got fast tracked to a world title in the first place.

At this point there's so many other fights to make at 135 Loma isn't even an interesting option he needs to go down to 130 and fight the winner of Valdez-Berchelt that's a very winnable fight for him but he made it clear he's staying at 135 and would be willing to fight any of the top dogs so we shall see.

Compubox has always been inaccurate but some people swear by it. Lomachenko is just reaching if he has to go back and count punches. He either underestimated Lopez or simply couldn’t beat him. Either way he lost.

It’s literally a guy pressing a clicker every time he thinks a punch landed. There’s really no 100% accurate way to do it and apparently the judges aren’t privy to it while scoring. So my question is why do they even bother with it? It’s really ****** when you think about it because all punches are not equal. Let’s say you land a jab with full force that snaps the head back and then you land a jab that just barely touches your opponent’s face, should that second jab really even count? It still landed but it did nothing. It’s dumb. There’s no way to tell in real time

I think the only way they could get a semi accurate count is if they had multiple people watch a replay of the fight in slow motion tabulate their counts and the calculate an average based on what they all saw. It still wouldn’t be 100% accurate but it would be more credible

All that talk won't help Lomachenko at all, he needs to either drop down to 130 lbs and fight Stevenson or Berchelt or Tank (unlikely because of politics) or if he's serious about fighting Lopez again, he should make himself a mandatory for one of or couple the belts Lopez has. I don't see any other scenario where Lopez would take the rematch.

No such thing as working your way to the top when these belt organizations allow fighters to avoid mandories and such.

Trump says the same thing. "I didn't lose, I won, it's not fair, I was treated badly". Shut up and stop singing opera, Loma. Ur a fighter. Just train harder and take it out on the next opponent, and make a real statement. That will speak louder than this keyboard bs

Yes he has, he always says nice things about his opponent, both before and after his fights. I don't know why you are so upset at what he's saying, whether he's right or wrong. I personally think he's right, especially afterIi saw a slo mo of rd 12 where he was supposedly overwhelmed and barely survived. but the slo mo shows that he scored most of the clean punches and it was Lopez who was swinging wildly and missing, with Lomachenko taking advantage of it every time forcing Lopez to grapple and hold-or back away.

Before that, I also thought he lost rd 12 by a lot, although I saw him winning rds 2, 7, 8, 9, 10,and 11, making it a draw. But I' not upset about it.

So Lopez should have a little more humility instead of swaggering around, opening his mouth like a hippo, and gushing hot air...I put it down to the fact that he is still a kid, and not brought up as well as he should have been.
