It's how you got those belts, not the number of them. First you got them out of Fury's trash bin, beat a bunch of lottery winners, vacant titlist. Then Andy shows how worthless they are, he had to wear all four of them end to end to go around his gut. The reconquista was not destruction, it was the dance of the hippos.
