Comments Thread For: Joshua: I Have Four Major Belts, Fury Has One - And I'll Take It From Him!

Anthony Joshua is now on record in no uncertain terms of the only fight he wants next. More questions than answers arose following Joshua's 9th round knockout of Kubrat Pulev earlier this month, after which he was specifically asked about next facing lineal champion Tyson Fury. The response offered by the 2012 Olympic Gold medalist and reigning unified heavyweight titlist was deemed as cryptic, with Fury himself claiming that his countryman is scared to commit to such a fight.

3 belts, Oluwafemi, 3 belts. Stop trying to make the ibo legitimate. Even the WBO is trash

Who has fury fought other than klitschko and wilder?

          Weak resume for fury.

AJ has a much deeper resume with wins over klitschko, Parker, Ruiz, whyte, pulev, povetkin, chisora, Martin.

          No comparison.

This site is so biased with posts like this.

“More questions than answers”? Please share these questions because his performance was very good to everyone but his haters.

His answer was “cryptic”? No, it wasn’t. He didn’t want to talk about it, he wanted to talk about his performance. When pushed - he said , whoever owned the fifth of the five belts ; and “if that’s Tyson fury, let it be Tyson fury”. That is hardly cryptic is it ? He

Why can’t boxing scene be like most journalists and be neutral?

It's how you got those belts, not the number of them. First you got them out of Fury's trash bin, beat a bunch of lottery winners, vacant titlist. Then Andy shows how worthless they are, he had to wear all four of them end to end to go around his gut. The reconquista was not destruction, it was the dance of the hippos. His four don't add up to Fury's one.

What’s with you calling him by a name different to what he goes by? A cynical and probably racist attempt to separate him from his British nationality (although he’s dual) and characterise him as a ‘foreigner’?

A low-life troll who’s first to comment s**t in every thread where AJ or Eddie is mentioned, and brings them up needlessly in threads where they’re not. Whenever the likes of Breadman refers to ‘sub-human trolls’ that plague boxing, you’re literally the first ‘person’ that springs to mind funnily enough.

That said, the IBO belt is totally irrelevant and shouldn’t be counted.
