MTK Global's efforts to make inroads in the U.S. boxing market has drawn the ire of at least one rival company. Heredia Boxing Management (HBM) and Moses Heredia have filed a nine-count complaint against the Dubai-based management company, MTK co-founder Daniel Kinahan, MTK Chief Strategy Officer Paul Gibson, law firm VGC LLC and Golden Boy Promotions (GBP). The allegations include four counts of racketeering against MTK, Kinahan and Gibson, four counts of tortious interference against MTK and VGC and one count of breach of promoter-manager contract against GBP.

Racketeering? Now that’s a serious serious accusation. These British companies coming to the USA to tap into the American market really need to do their research beforehand and stop the assumptions. Gotta learn the laws and the market folks...this isn’t “the empire” on this side of the pond.

If MTK is legit money laundering its the worst kept secret in boxing cuz mfers been talking about it forever at this point. Its a open joke on the Sunday Puncher podcast.

The meat and bones of this lawsuit has nothing to do w/t Golden Boy. Heredia simply added them in the suit b/c they’re dealing w/t MTK and bypassing him for JoJo’s and Feliciano next fights. This lawsuit falls all on MTK global feet, is a known fact that Daniel K and Matthew Macklin started the “promotional” company together. Also, known is Daniel K. Illegal activities involving the Irish mob. Heredia must have balls of steel cuz Daniel K. Has been allege to be involve in multiple murders that dude don’t **** around.

this. but you see how hearn handles joshua. that would be a blatant ali act violation here. mtk figures they can carry over those same practices, combined with strong arm tactics, to wash money. this case at the very least will force them to change their approach. at most...bye bye.
