him being #1 in ranking is just semantics. Had the judges done their job in his last fight, he’d be beltless and not ranked anywhere. But guess you can’t control bad judging because had the judges done their job when it came to canelo, he’d be sitting on 4 losses and wouldn’t be #1 on anyone’s pound for pound list. 168 is a weak division so that is not saying much. If Smith had crushed Ryder and proven he is the best this fight would not be happening. Should be Fielding 2.0 for Canelo.
