Comments Thread For: Emmanuel Tagoe Beats Mason Menard By 10-Round Majority Decision

Emmanuel Tagoe didn't defeat Mason Menard nearly as impressively as Teofimo Lopez or Devin Haney, but Tagoe won their 10-round lightweight fight Friday night. The 135-pound contender from Ghana overcame Menard by majority decision on the Daniel Jacobs-Gabe Rosado undercard at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida. Judges Fernando Barbosa (96-94) and Carlos Sucre (98-92) scored their fight for Tagoe, but judge Michael Ross had it a draw (95-95).

I thought Tagoe was going to fight D. Berinchyk in a WBO Title Fight with the Winner to be Mandatory for Teofimo Lopez's Lightweight Belt?.

Not to impressed by Tagoe think he gets beat by any of the top 10 lightweights.

Tagoe gets tattooed by R. Garcia, Davis, Lom, Lopez, and others.

Good win for Tagoe but he needs to work harder if he wants to annex a title belt at 135.
