Really? Men didn't wear ponytails or lipstick in the 80's or 90's? I don't know what rock you've crawled out from under but men were dressing in drag and putting on makeup long before the mid 80's. Little Richard wore lipstick in the 50's for christ's sake. How about the New York underground Andy Warhol scene of the 60's?
