I agree, I wasn't impressed either. If Haney was truly special he would have made a statement against Gamboa.

Haney looked like butt but 40 year Gamboa would be a career best win for Campbell

many would've said the same about Hopkins when you compare the manner of his victories compared to Trinidad. The "boring" boxing style many labeled it as didn't seem to be anything special. But, more often than not, he beat the guys that were considered to be more dynamic than he was. Might be similar with Haney if he matches up with some of these other guys. We'll see.

I don’t think Haney is overly impressed with Campbell either

Haney’s rebuttal after the fight is that his face was cleaner and he beat Gamboa more decisively. NO boxing fan is buying that. Haney ran his mouth and told everyone he was better that Tank, Lopez, & Garcia. Gamboa got stopped in the 12th by Tank but also got dropped in the 2nd & 8th round. I don’t believe Gamboa would have made it pass round 6 with Lopez. Garcia probably would have stopped Gamboa. I wasn’t impressed at all with Haney, like I said after the fight, I fell asleep midway through the fight and had to rewatch it again the next day.

No one is impressed with Haney except that old guy who always screams around when he spars. Haney is a nobody and should not even be mentioned till he fights someone decent.

Luke Campbell would be proud to have Yorkis Gamboa on his pitiful resume. This clown is just mad that he never could capture the WBC lightweight championship in all his underserved attempts.

No way does Luke Campbell dominate Gamboa like the 'Dream' Devin Haney, who is already a world-champion at 22 years of age, Campbell's old ass needs to shut his mouth.
