Has Marsellos Doesn't look to be banned anymore ? .. according to boxrec he's served it but that's boxrec and it also says he's a pro boxer so I don't know what to believe.

The "Fury Marketing Machine" at work... At this point of his career those 5-win, 2-losses guys are the people he should be fighting anyway. Like in wrestling, the whole "Fury-Wilder" thing sells the plot for a possible back-story that'll help sell a few extra tickets IMO.
