If Leo is as strong as he says he feels, his chances improve. It's hard to get weight into a punch moving backward and Tank isn't used to getting backed up. Otherwise, Tank with the first big right hand he lands, Leo can't duck and dodge everything, he has to take the snap out of Tanks punches too.
