Arum will make the offer because it's smart and if Jack doesn't take it he's screwed but that's exactlly what he'll do. Jack will refuse to fight Jose Zepeda because he can't win. Caterall shouldn't be the mandatory, he's not beat anyone to warrant that. I wouldnt give him much of a chance against Ramirez. But now he's in that position I don't see why he should risk this in an away corner against Zapeda

He may never get a shot against Taylor or Ramirez if they fight eachother before he gets a go. The winner will probably move straight up to fight Crawford.
