Comments Thread For: Lopez: If You Wanna Make Some Money Off Of Teofimo, Place Your Bets Now

Teofimo Lopez isn't offended by being the betting underdog for the first time entering a professional prizefight. The ever-confident, unbeaten IBF lightweight champion is just certain that the handicappers have gotten this one wrong. Most Internet and casino sports books list Vasiliy Lomachenko as between a 3-1 and 4-1 favorite approximately a month before the Ukrainian southpaw is scheduled to oppose Lopez in their 135-pound title unification fight.

He’s definitely got a chance because of his size, punch and youth. But he’s got to make it a fight. Lomachenko makes quitters of dudes who go in there trying to box with him and get mentally broken beyond repair.

Teofimo is going to make Midgetchenko do about 50 spins like a slot-machine before hitting the Jackpot. I just hope that Lopez rejects that phony 'French-Fries' title, like the 'Monster' Naoya Inoue said, F**** YOU! I'M A REAL ONE.

Can't wait to see this arrogant, short-armed, big-headed Ukrainian midget get flattened. Two more weeks!

What 4 titles? Haney is the WBC champion according to Sulaiman. The bogus honorary belt cannot be won or lost in the ring. It's not like the WBA super champion.

Is Canelo the WBC middleweight champion? No. It's Charlo. Loma has to fight Haney-Gamboa winner to collect all the belts.

Don't get me wrong. I think all belts should be gathered in one place and burned.
