Haney could’ve fought Ryan next but Garcia opted to fight for a non world title against Campbell instead of a world

The problem is he demands more money for no reason, he doesnt draw, he has no resume, and hes never even won a title. And compared to Loma and garcia (not that garcia is better) hes unkown. Makes zero sense for anyone to offer him anything..
