Yarde realistically should cut some of that muscle while he is young and go down to 168. He would increase his cardio and if he learned to use his feet he would be a hell of an inside /counter puncher just my 2 cents

Sounds good, he's way too muscular, and it does sap stamina. I really think he needs to lose Tunde though, hes still not sparring and wasting alot of time larking about on the pads. He looked alot better against Kovalev when he briefly took a Tyson type style on, dont think he quite makes the shoulder roll work.

Sparring is key for a boxer to improve in various ways. Especially with somebody with as little experience as Yarde has. With good footwork and a high guard Yarde has the natural ability to be Tyson like as you put it. He just doesnt need all that muscle mass.

Yarde did great against Kovalev. He should be stepping up the quality of his opposition after that. But so far he has done nothing. Maybe that fight messed him up mentally?
