Bryan Polaco continues to sharpen his tools in the pro ranks while preparing for the biggest stage of his amateur career. The four-time Puerto Rico national champion and the island's best shot at medalling in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics improved to 2-0 (2KOs) in the pro ranks following a 1st round knockout of Joshua Sikes. Bryan Polaco looked good in his second fight as a pro. He needs to keep those hands up a bit more. A more seasoned, or faster fighter, could definitely exploit this flaw. Let's see if there is an Olympics, and if he's able to represents Puerto Rico, or the United States of America.
At 6'2", he has good height, and reach, tall boxers usually do will in the Olympics. He was complaining about not getting paid in the amateur's, but he just signed with a promotional team. If it's legal they can sponsor his participation, the Olympics lasts only a couple of weeks. If he's able to medal it's a huge plus for his career, and a win fall for his promotional team.
