Comments Thread For: Eleider Alvarez-Joe Smith Weigh-In Results From Las Vegas

The same could not be said for some fighters on their undercard, but Eleider Alvarez and Joe Smith Jr. met their contractual obligations at their weigh-in Friday in Las Vegas. Montreal's Alvarez officially weighed 174.6 pounds for his 12-round, 175-pound WBO elimination match against Smith on Saturday night. Smith, of Mastic, New York, stepped on the Nevada State Athletic Commission's scale at 174.9 pounds.

I think Smith's pressure will be too much for Alvarez, who's 36. Joe by late stoppage.

Alvarez by late stoppage or wide UD. Smith is a one-trick pony and too predictable.

Let’s go joe . Let’s go joe. He will stop Alvarez within 7 . Whyte stop Povetkin within 6.
