    Everything is ready for the return of Sergio "Maravilla" Martinez, which takes place on August 21 at the Malecn stadium in Torrelavega, Spain. Martinez, a former super welterweight and middleweight champion of the World Boxing Council, will face Jose Fandino, an opponent ten years younger. Both fighters passed the official weigh-in, Martinez registered at 161.3 pounds and Fandino came in at 165 pounds.

                  It looks like Martinez really dedicated himself so he can be proud of that no matter what happens. Hopefully he gets through the fight safely regardless of the outcome

                    He looks good but hes still hiding that leg. Im a huge fan of his but hope he has a better go of it than his Cotto fight. He was a sitting duck. Wonder how Cotto would have done against Martinez pre leg injury. I think the outcome would have been different (yes I know Cotto is a much smaller guy).
