"Dillian Whyte is a coward because Povetkin is just as old as Ortiz..."

I've seen these type of comments from a lot of pro deontay wilder/pbc fans online..so i've got to say this.

    1) With Ortiz, it wasnt merely his stated age, but that he was supposed to be a lot older in reality. Even Deontay Wilder laughed about this and said he thinks Ortiz is a lot older

“In his face, he look about 45. But we’re gonna go with 40. I’m gonna give him the benefit of the doubt. And, I mean, it don’t matter how old he is. He could be 50 years old,"

    2)
The fact that Wilder bigged up ortiz by saying he was the 'second best HW in the world' followed by mass hype from the pbc. the way he was built up as this absolute monster. There have been guys who've questioned anthony joshuas resume, like charlene the queen asking aj 'who you fought?' and then says 'like an ortiz?' (he was spoonfed that propaganda too).

no one bigged up povetkin like that. neither aj nor whyte. povetkin is respected as a good opponent and a tough fight. Whyte is expected to win, but it's expected to be a tough fight. There's a possibility, even whyte admits, that he could lose to povetkin. However no one is building up a win over povtkin as the acheivement to beat all acheivements.

Nobodies hyping up Whyte and Povetkin because simply we don’t care. Eddie Hearn’s not putting his marketing muscle behind Dillion Whyte. So why should any of us care? As far as I’m concerned he was just a pawn used to keep Joshua away from Wilder.

Povetkin is also an Olympic champion, a former World champion, has good names on his resume, having only lost to two of the top World champions, one of them in a unification.

Ortiz has has beaten nobody of note and done nothing in his career, besides get knocked out by Deontay Wilder twice. That is his claim to fame. Dave Allen ranks among his best wins.

This will be good win for whyte. His resume is looking better. He's taking tough fights whilst mandatory to fury?

Hopefully both B Sample Snatcher and PEDvetkin do a rare double KO this weekend!

            Would be absolutely glorious!

I see nothing wrong with people pointing out hypocrisy. Facts are Whyte and his fans ran with Ortiz being too old then he goes and fights two fighters back-to-back that are both well over 40! Then its justified by how old people claim they look. What is most important in how old a fighter looks is how old they look in the ring and Povetkin has looked old & laboured for years. He hasn't looked good at all since getting popped for whatever **** he was on approaching 4 years back.

People claim Ortiz beat nobody but Povetkins only recent wins came vs two fighters not even in the top 5 in their own country.

i dont think whyte will even win but povetkin is clearly a much better fighter than ortiz ever was. ok they are both old but povetkin at least beat good fighters while ortiz never did. they both got caught using peds as well so thats even as well. if whyte wins he will clear and away have a much better resume than wilder

                  Okay, but Ortiz beats Povektin.
Povektin's good days are long behind him.
He got knocked down by David Price ffs
