Comments Thread For: Regis Prograis, DiBella Entertainment In Process Of Finalizing Separation Agreement

Regis Prograis is about to become the sport's most sought-after free agent. The former junior welterweight titlist and his team are in the process of finalizing a separation agreement with DiBella Entertainment, founded and headed by Hall of Fame promoter Lou DiBella. The move comes as the two had one fight left on their promotional agreement, though with Prograis out of the ring since a heartbreaking loss to Josh Taylor (16-0, 12KOs) in their 140-pound title unification clash last October and now looking to take his career in another direction.

Top Rank guarantees him ramirez, taylor rematch, and crawford. Maybe even teofimo.

Pbc guarantees him broner, maybe Thurman.

First Deveryanchenko, now Regis hate to say it but sure seems like Lou DiBella’s company is on life support. Don’t see them surviving the pandemic

Hmm this is not bad news actually. Top Rank as someone stated above probably guarantees 3 GREAT fights for him. Taylor rematch, Ramirez, and Crawford if he moves up.

But if he does move up, Prograis would add to an already, pretty stacked stable of 147 pounders over at PBC.

If he is staying at 140 ESPN might be good. If he wants more options and exposure PBC is the right fit.

Top Rank has Ramirez and Crawford

PBC has Broner, (is Mikey still with them?), and the whole 147 division.

He can still stay with DAZN and sign with Hearn too I guess.

                  Whatever happened with Gilberto Ramirez?

                    Derevyanchenko left Lou, too?
