    Travis Kauffman could hear Naazim Richardson's raspy voice in his head when he became emotional while training Friday in Houston. Kauffman couldn't help but break down at times the day he learned his longtime trainer had died. The veteran heavyweight knew, though, that Richardson would've told him to quit crying, pull himself together and re-focus on training for his fight against Otto Wallin on August 15.

    That's a real G right there! R.I.P. Brother Naazim!

      He was a hardcore trainer

      The one thing you never forget when he was in the corner was his belief and thoughts of the fighter he was working with; he believed more so than many of the fighters did, he was a coach!

        The comments from Kauffman come from love and respect for Richardson and I appreciated reading them. May Naazim Richardson rest in peace. He died way too young.

          should have taught kauffman to keep his fridge closed and not eat everything he gets his hands on. THAT would have done wonders for him
