Jayson Velez and Oscar Valdez made weight Monday afternoon for their 10-round junior lightweight fight Tuesday night. Velez remains nervous, however, about the possibility of their main event getting canceled. The Puerto Rican veteran has observed one ESPN main event after another being postponed or canceled over the past month, and understandably is only cautiously optimistic about his fight versus Valdez actually happening.
