If Jamel Herring and Carl Frampton win their upcoming fights, promoter Bob Arum plans to reschedule their junior lightweight title fight for an undetermined date in November. Arum informed BoxingScene.com that the site for their fight will depend on where fans can attend cards and potential travel restrictions between the United States and United Kingdom. Herring, the WBO 130-pound champion, lives and trains in the U.S., whereas Frampton lives and trains in Northern Ireland.

Frampton will win and become new champ. He's a lot shorter but he's always been a thick dude like Canelo so I think he fits right in at 130. But yeah him and Herring are different levels.
