Arum informed BoxingScene.com that the site for their fight will depend on where fans can attend cards and potential travel restrictions between the United States and United Kingdom. Herring, the WBO 130-pound champion, lives and trains in the U.S., whereas Frampton lives and trains in Northern Ireland.
