I hope so, they haven't had an heir to the throne since cotto. I thought Matias was gonna b that dude, but it looks like I was wrong, I gotta see how he shakes back after that loss tho before I write him off. I just hope the same thing doesn't happen to berlanga when he finally steps up his comp.

if you don't assume that Matias' literal, and unfortunate, killing someone two fights prior would affect him going forward, for however short or long, and allow him the benefit of the doubt, smh.

if he can proceed, and on the path he was before the happening, Matias is a champion, world level, for a long while.

It's a possiblity, but he looked ok in his fight directly after maxim died, so y would the fight after that affect him differently? I mean if he is scared to let go because of that it could affect him permanently, but I personally don't think that's the case. I just wanna see how he does in his next few fights before I make my mind up on him. I think berlanga has a better chance of being that dude, but I need to see him against some better comp to really know how good he is.
