8/10 beat him fair and square, the second fight should not of been stopped also 'Margarito was not winning, but he was still fighting back'.

Note: I have not voted on the poll.

If we assume there is no plaster and all was fair? 10/10. Margarito defeated a future HoF in his prime at his best weight class without a catchweight or danagw goods talk.

0/10. His entire career (imo) must be discredited b/c of the loaded gloves.

1/10. Purely because I’m convinced he cheated.

              10/10

They were the top two welterweights at the time in their absolute prime leaving it all in the ring. How often does that happen?

Anyone who thinks Margo had a cast under his gloves is ...wrong. https://www.***********.com/boxingfo...ster-myth.html
Anything hard would have broken his hands before they broke Cotto's face. Tape a rock on your knuckle. Put on a boxing glove. Punch a heavy bag. Now go to the ER because YOUR HAND will be broken.
10 out of 10. It was an upset, an epic beatdown, and one of the most exhilarating fights of the last 20 years.

Maybe a 7. Margarita is a big guy so he's not going to get as much credit as if a bantamweight stepped up 8 divisions to beat cotto.
