Comments Thread For: Jose Ramirez: I'll Be Much Bigger, Stronger When I Go To 147 For Crawford

Jose Ramirez (25-0) has had tough luck in 2020. He has twice seen fights against mandatory challenger Viktor Postol go up in smoke due to the Covid-19 pandemic. He was scheduled to face Postol first in February and then again in May. The plan now is for the fight to tentatively happen in August.

I seriously doubt Ramirez will ever get to Crawford, unless he rebounds strongly after he loses to Taylor.

One question is will Ramirez beat Postol and Taylor? Another question is how old will Crawford be, after Ramirez faces both Postol and Taylor?

I'd like to see this fight happen. Ramirez has a shot. Remember Duckford isn't a national welter himself. He started off at around 135🥊

Make sure he is required to take random blood and urine testing.

This fight is a definite possibility. And possibly a good fight. A lot of time between now and this tho. So changes will either make it or break it. Fighters will win and lose along the way and affect the landscape

Y'all know, y'all with better sweet science knowledge anyway...as soon as Jose gets to 147, "The-Protected-Boys-Club" ain't letting any of their 147 stable boys anywhere close to Jose as Jose would clean out PBC's 147 stable boys... just as Terrance would do! 1st quarter 2022, Jose vs Terrance for the undisputed WW title, the 2 P4P top dogs- fighter's on the planet... (Terrance undoubtedly will have Spence's titles by then) Truth be Told!!

Better fights where he's at. 147 isn't the same. Not worth getting excited over.

If he clearly and superiorly beats both Postol and Taylor and in terms of stoppages then I give him a good shot at Crawford, Robert Garcia has improved him a lot!

Will be extra hot when Lopez, Haney, and Garcia grow into the division! I hope Prograis, Baranchyk, Yigit, Matias, Barrios, Ergashev, and Akhmedov, stick around too! If Mikey can't get a fight with Pacquiao, he should go back (if he can make 140) to 140 too!
