I like the concept of the UFC. It's one big organization which all the good fighters are under, the result is that the best fight the best all the time, we don't see the BS that we seen in boxing all the time. However because it's a company, the top management will always be making the lion's share. These guys won't accept any paycuts and I don't know if they're in the stockmarket or not, but if they are their main priority would be to satisfy the investors by paying dividends every year which would also come out of the fighter's pocket.

Up until now these fighters accepted these conditions because they knew they couldn't make any money at all at the respective sports they came from like wrestling or Jiu Jitsu or even kickboxing. You never see young promising boxers going to the UFC except maybe a couple of females since female boxing is shît. So they took what they got. Another thing was that some of them weren't actual fighters at all and just started fighting a couple of years ago so they felt undeserving of making the big bucks, unlike boxers. So it's complicated, but they should definitely be paid more now since their sport has grown so much and the fighters have become so much better now.
