This is a decent matchup, not great, but not bad. In the era of COVID-19 I'm actually looking forward to this one. Of course Valdez is a big favorite but he has underperformed before. Who knows.

Good for Jayson Velez getting that payday. I thought he did enough to get the W vs. Jaime Arboleda. Oscar Valdez and Jayson Velez style has potential for a proper scrap.

It's a decent fight Velez been on a surge lately and he did well in the last rounds of the Arboleda fight but it seems we will never get Berchelt vs Valdez I think it's more likely we will see Stevenson vs Valdez because by the time live events with crowds can happen I don't think Berchelt will be at 130 anymore.

This is a good bridge fight for Valdez to get to Berchelt. Preps him for a real test at 130. Velez is durable as hell and will come to fight. This has war written all over it

My boy Oscar has regressed ever since joining the reynosoes, maybe he needs some canelo beef? Either way Valdez via huge left hook from hell.

              Decent Match up. Looking good.

I like this match up and is decent and one the best from Top Rank Pandemic Era for now. Jayson is going to test Oscar Valdez and his teachings under Eddy Reynoso.

Like Scott Quigg didn't have anything to do with it. Scott left a trail of wrecks behind him and Oscar gave him advantages. That was a bad mistake.
