Premier Boxing Champions will return to FOX on July 25 with a main event that was postponed at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. BoxingScene.com has learned that welterweights Thomas Dulorme and Jamal James will meet that night in a 12-round fight for a vacant version of the WBA welterweight title. FOX is expected to televise the Dulorme-James match from a studio setting in the Los Angeles area, though the site hadn't been solidified as of Friday.

Vacant WBA title? I thought Pacquiao was the WBA Champ? What has any of these guys done to warrant a title shot? It's a nice little scrap, better than what Top Rank has been putting up but far from a title fight.

I didn’t read the article but I’m guessing it’s for the WBA regular title. I believe that champion failed a drug after winning the belt.

It was originally for the interim title the winner may be elevated to regular if they strip bes***** for the failed drug test.

If ugas doesn't get a bigger fight next hell probably fight the winner of this.
