Fernando Vargas is one of them.
    Michael Grant is another.

Tommy Morrison is my number one here simply because he rushed into a fight to guy he lost to already, Ray Mercer and it was after filming Rocky and who knows what else ? I really believe that fight cost him mentally.

I believe had he not been partying he at least is a top 3 of the 90”s and would have minimal losses . The 90”s heavyweight era was so stacked he needed to be at his best . Ironically I think of Ruiz now to Morrison then ,of course different circumstances. But Ruiz could go down that road of winning a key fight then losing the rest .

        - -Tenshin knocked TUE 51-0 into the turnbuckle with a left hook.

Had not Bayliss been warning Tenshin for letting TUE clinch him, TUE coulda never KOed him.

David Reid had a lot of potential and similar to Vargas he was never the same after losing to Trinidad. I’d also put Ike Quartey on the list. He was a brilliant fighter in his prime and I thought he beat Oscar De La Hoya and Vernon Forrest (RIP). Haven’t watched the Vargas fight in a while but I remember that being very close as well.
