Comments Thread For: Fury: Wilder Will Take Trilogy For One Reason - It's Called Money!

WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury fully expects Deontay Wilder to move forward with their trilogy fight. They fought to a controversial twelve round split draw in December of 2018 at Staples Center in Los Angeles. Their rematch took place in February, at MGM Grand in Las Vegas, with Fury capturing the WBC title with a seven round stoppage of Wilder.

It's called "prize fighting" for a reason, and a belt is NOT the prize!

The way Fury has been beschaving since his win over Wilder has made me to support Wilder to knock him out cold in the trilogy.

I know he's injured but Wilder's silence has been deafening...

Apparently he's riding his motorcycle about it:

I thought Fury won the first fight.
I was riding with him on the 2nd fight and was happy he humbled Deontay.

This time around i am firmly with Deontay.
Not sure why but probably because he is being sold tooo short. Big mistake!!!

                Fury

Fury will find out first hand that the rematch is about more than money.
Confidence and pride are more so the reasons for the trilogy than money although money is definitely a part of it. Wilder is on a mission.

Wilder's best shot was in the first fight and Jack Reiss stole it from him, even though Fury schooled him for most of that fight.

Fury would kill that bum. They can fight 100 times and he’ll beat him 100 times.

Wilder can’t beat anyone in the top 5. And Fury is actually his easiest fight in the top 5. Of any of the other heavies land flush on him - he would be out cold.
